When you book or pay through UniLify, we process your name, phone, booking details, and payment status. Card and wallet payments are handled by Paymob — full card numbers are never stored on UniLify servers.
Your profile stats (reviews, saved places, notifications) are scoped to your signed-in account only. We do not mix activity across accounts. A brand-new account starts at zero engagement.
If you upload a student or professional membership card, the file is stored under your user media folder for review only to verify eligibility for member offers. Contact support about deletion after a decision.
We use secure cookies for sign-in. If you enable Remember me, your session can persist after you close the browser. If you turn it off, the session ends when the browser closes. You can sign out anytime from settings.
